Order Processing & Production
At VibeCreation, we do not engage in mass production. Every item is crafted individually, ensuring quality and uniqueness. We kindly ask for your patience as we produce your order with care.
Production begins once we receive your order confirmation and typically takes up to 2-4 weeks.

As soon as your item is ready, we’ll notify you directly. Shipping follows immediately after, with estimated delivery times depending on your location (usually 1–5 business days).

Domestic Shipping (EU)
We offer flat-rate shipping within the European Union, ranging between €3.99 – €6.99, based on the order’s weight.
Free shipping is available on orders of €100 or more.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide with a standard international shipping fee of €19.99.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and generally range between 7–21 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note: Vibecreation is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied by your country of residence. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@vibecreation.nl so we can address the issue promptly.
