How to Return an Item
To qualify for a return, items must be:
✅ Unworn, unused, with original tags attached
✅ In their original packaging
✅ Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and clear return instructions.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We expect quality—and so should you.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll resolve it promptly.

Exceptions — Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
❌ Customized products (personalized or special orders)
❌ Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product?
The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for your desired product.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the EU, you’re entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must be returned unused, with tags, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
